"What a horrible experience! It took us almost an hour to drive there, only to find out that the owl "made a mistake" and did not have a room for us. It's been over a week now and we are still trying to get back the money that we paid the owner. ($188 USD). We asked around at the neighborhood and found out that he does all of the time. What I would like to know is why Expedia even lists this property!!!"

"The hotel is right by Wankdorf station with easy access to central Bern and the surrounding area by train or tram. It’s in a business district but it was quiet during my stay from a Thursday to Sunday, There is a coop supermarket in the building for food or snacks too. Really impressed with the amenities in my room which was like a small studio apartment with kitchen, fridge, dishwasher, cooking hob and microwave and lovely shower.
