Not only did we get to check in early after a long trip from Canada but they upgraded us to a room with a stunning view of the Cathedral!! Waking up every morning felt like a dream. The staff was wonderful and we loved the location. We would highly recommend and I hope to make it back here some day!"

"We loved our stay at the Rhein Hotel. Rooms are gorgeous and the location is amazing, it’s right on the River. There’s a restaurant and bar under the hotel which is great. It’s very close to the city centre and there lots of restaurants and bars in walking distance. The main train station is a 10 minute walk. A lovely buffet breakfast is offered two doors down at the Lowenbrau hotel. An extensive range of hot and cold food. We would definitely stay again. "

"Staff was awesome by providing restaurant recommendations and sites to visit. Very efficient check in. The elevator system is confusing. There are parking garage elevators and then there hotel floor elevators. I don’t believe the hotel floor elevators were clearly labeled. A couple of people, like myself, were confused."
