Room was very clean and spacious. Bed quite comfortable, especially the pillows!!. Staff helpful and knowledgeable.

From the check in process to all the way to check out and preparing our rental car for our next destination was amazing and thoughtfully done. The location is amazing and i would not consider anything else if i am staying in Cologne again.

Excellent staff. Very helpful. very clean property.

Super chic, room is well thought out for layout and nice view of the Church of St.Ursula. Also located in central area close to Koln Trainstation.

We’ve stayed at a few hotels in Germany this year but this has been, by far, the best experience all the way around. They did not use COVID-19 as an excuse why they didn’t or have anything that your paying for anyway such as cleaning your room. The staff was just perfect. We stayed in Cologne for two days, and we needed somewhere to sleep and park our car while we roamed the city on foot or public transport. The Ameron was an excellent choice. Easy to find by car, and right next to the tram station, with just 5 stops away from the city center. The hotel serves a very nice German breakfast, and the staff at the reception were very helpful with some tourist tips and information. This is now definitely my go-to hotel for my next visit to Cologne.

The hotel offered the very best experience for my family. We stayed 16 days—the whole staff was the epitome of true professionals especially Stefan, Ratna, Maria, David, Stella & others in the restaurant; not to forget the chefs, who work behind the scenes to create nutritious food, Carl & his house-keeping team ensured our room was very well maintained; the front desk (too many to name) went above & beyond daily—everyone made an effort too recognize us daily & ask if there was anything they...
