"Really disappointing. We weren't expecting any exceptional but were so tired when we arrived that we didn’t question our room and we were staying for 2 nights. We ended up in a hostel room and for a couple in their 50's with aches and pains, it was just ok, but certainly not comfortable. "Very basic, no frills. It should, I feel, be made clear that you need to bring your own bedding and towels as by the time you've paid to hire these you could have stayed somewhere a lot better! You're also required to clean before you leave. Chalet clean enough apart from bathroom being rather smelly. "

"The front door light button didn't work and it took us quite a while to figure out that it was only that button and not to do with the electricity. I had my twin toddlers with me screaming as they have been waiting for too long as well. Other than that, we didn't really have any issue. "
