Customer service was excellent, hotel is pretty out dated and not enough lighting outside, we have blue went for a concert so it server our purpose, but wouldn’t want to stay more then one night, my husband said breakfast was a box of cereal and milk.

Snap-On Equipment Business Trip

I think this hotel has seen much better days in the past. The desk chair had very little faux leather left on it. The lamp shade was badly stained. There were very few people staying at the hotel. We were given a two queen bed room when we had booked a king bed, but because we were tired after a 9.5 hour trip, we decided it was not worth the hassle of going back downstairs to get the room changed. Housekeeping was very nice. I was surprised to come back to our room on the first day to find fresh towels and that the trash had been emptied, since it was stated that housekeeping would be available every two days. The front desk staff was friendly and helpful with restaurant recommendations.

Reservation gone wrong.

When I arrived there,they had me set up in a single room and was supposed to be a room with 2 beds. The desk clerk fixed the issue and set me up in a double. Really friendly staff. Comfortable atmosphere and walking distance to Walmart,convience store and Taco Bell.

Surprising Hotel, Inexpensive, Comfortable

This was an affordable clean hotel. High points: water pressure and volume were extremely high. Good hot water and plenty of it. The bed was comfortable. The desk support was excellent. Nice continental breakfast.

Good place

It’s not some ritzy glamorous place it’s, Hugo, OK. So let’s be fair on reviews. This place is comfortable, nice staff, a clean room to lay your head down and sleep. I’ve stayed here 4-6 times for two days each stay. I’ve never had a bad experience.

It wasn't what it was perceived to be from the website the price wasn't the same the condition of the hotel was medium even though it was being renovated at least it was by Walmart and buy a lot of attractions and things to see for the price the breakfast could have been a lot better than what they served but I had my service dog with me and they treated him with a lot of respect and that means a lot to me so I have to say it was a pretty good stay

It's an older hotel but was clean. The carpet had a worn space and stains on the bench. The rest of the room and facilities was clean and bed was soft enough. I'd stay again if had to be in area again, the rates of the overnight stay was a good price.

The staff was kind and helpful and attentive. The hotel needs an update, the curtains in our room were ripped, our faucet in the shower dropped a steady stream of water. And there was a funky smell.

Room was clean and had basic necessities. I am a little disturbed that someone came in my room because I didn't have a so not disturb sign for the door. They didn't make the bed, the knocked over the bathroom trash and didn't pick it up. Replaced 1 towel and didn't leave or replace the floor mat for the bathroom. Why bother coming in of you're not going to service the entire room? Seems shady

Fridge was broken and the A/C wasn't turned down prior to checking in. The front counter staff was very helpful and nice.

Impressed

I was hesitant to stay at a hotel in Hugo and debated making the drive from Paris or another larger community, but then decided to take a chance. I am platinum elite with another hotel brand and travel extensively for work, and I was more impressed with the cleanliness and decor of this hotel than most of the higher rated ones I stay at when working. I would def recommend.

Staff was nice, especially the maid on duty. Bath and bedrooms were very clean, but we felt we got bedbugs. The curtain liner was ripped, and repaired with electrician tape. The carpet had worn spots. No drinking water in the room. Won't stay again.

There was two plastic containers of cereal & 1/2 gal of milk , that was breakfast for monday morning & on tuesday our day of departure there was no breakfast. The internet or wifi for the room tv was poor, couldnt finish a whole show or movie. Room was good bed was good, its just a old hotel needs updating , i saw my moms old 1970 blue living room furniture in lobby, no joke really blue 70's furniture.. but the staff were great from checking in & out.
