"Reception was very helpful and courteous. Everything was clean. Breakfast had limited choices but adequate and fresh. Coffee for breakfast was instant but had fresh warm milk available."

"Great to get a call a couple of hours after I arrived for staff to ask if everything was OK - yes it was. My one recommendation - extremely firm beds are not good for everyone. I had a terrible sleep as the mattress was so firm there was insufficient 'give' to support my body correctly, and my hips were aching."

"This is a superb hotel - bedding so comfortable and the room very quiet. Its a great way to sleep of travel before driving anywhere. the ONLY criticism I have (and its a small one) is someone had let their young children into the gym on their own in the morning, and I went to reception and asked staff to deal with it but no one did. The boys were almost falling off the treadmills at high speed and should not have been unsupervised - I do wish a staff member had come up to sort it after I asked...
