"The island is beautiful and so is the rental lodge. Huge windows with seating out on a deck where you can enjoy a full view of the lake and mountains. I expected that it would be a homestay, but it's more like a lodge for tourists, and when you've booked a spot, some locals come and also stay there (at least that was the impression I got, things were not actually ever explained to me).
