"Room was a little small but cosy and nice. The common lounge was always well stocked with drinks and snacks. Did not use the laundry area but noticed they provided detergent. Location was easy to get to and very close to Ximending!"

"The hotel is situated at a convenient location in Ximending. It’s approximately a 6-7 minutes walk from Ximen station. There is a lot of shops and restaurants in the area. Despite being in the busy area, the building is quiet. There are multilingual staff. Communication with the staff was easy. Particularly appreciated the lounge room on the top floor. It’s well equipped with massage chairs, water stations, facet, refreshment and dining table. The room was generally clean and spacious. We still had room to walk around with two suitcases open. However, there were a couple strands of hair on the pillows before I slept on the bed. I asked for new pillows and the new pillows had hairs as well….the air conditioner ran in a cycle (high power>low power>high power), the temperature was perfect. When the power rose, the air conditioner was a bit noisy and interrupted my sleep. Generally speaking, it was a good experience. "

"The staff is super nice, helped me schedule a taxi for my departure at my request. The staff also immediately asked housekeeping to take a look at my air conditioner remote since the remote didn’t seem to be working to turn on the air in my room. The staff at breakfast area is super friendly every morning too. The bed and pillows are the exact firmness I like it to be, the shower stall was super great, allowing an option to control water pressure as well as the water temperature. I also liked how there is the options of an over head shower or hand held shower. The space in the room is suffice for a solo traveler with two luggage and one carry on. The local tv channels offered could probably have more options. The tv channel options were showing a lot of outdated local variety shows and dramas during the day time in the week days. "
