Nice property at the edge of the water. Not sure I got the booked room as it said lake view but only had a look at a tiny bit of the harbour. For the rest enjoyed my stay and the room was comfortable.

Hotel antigo, porém confortável, com quartos amplos e limpos e um café da manhã excelente. Localização sensacional, para quem quer descansar numa cidade bucólica da Holanda, principalmente no verão.

De buitenkant van het gebouw oogt onverzorgd. Heel veel spinnenwebben bij de ingang Ook tijdens verblijf wordt de kamer niet schoongemaakt, alleen verversen van prullenbakken en handdoeken. Het onderlaken van bed past niet , geen elastiek en kreukt heel erg waardoor er plooivorming is en dat ligt niet fijn. Wel vriendelijk receptiepersoneel

Hotel ligt aan de jachthaven, verspreid over meerdere gebouwen , een beetje in Zaanse stijl. Maakte verzorgde indruk, evenals de kamer. Compleet ingericht en schoon. Rustige omgeving, maar geen hoogseizoen, dus jachthaven weinig activiteit. Meerdere eet en drinkgelegenheden, die er goed uitzagen (niet geprobeerd) . Ruime parkeergelegenheid. Vriendelijk servicegericht personeel.

I would give the stay a higher rating if the staff was more willing to problem solve. The AC was not functioning in our room on a 33C day. No manager on duty, would not refund my money to find another place to stay, no fans available. I ended up waking up in a literal pool of sweat. Frustrating night for an otherwise nice hotel.

Vi kom hit vid tretiden när incheckningen skulle vara men vårt rum var inte färdigt. Det dröjde närmre två timmar innan vi fick tillgång till rummet. Vi skulle bara stanna en natt vilket gjorde detta extremt störigt. När vi väl kommer till rummet så fungerar inte AC:n. Sängen är obekväm, kändes som att flera sängfjädrar var sönder, någonting var iallafall fel med den. Vi satte oss på serveringen pch beställde via QR kod på bordet men drycken kom aldrig, vi gick därifrån efter en halvtimme. Vi är väldigt missnöjda med detta så kallade 4-stjärniga hotellet.

Splendida location, la vera Olanda è rappresentata in tutto il suo splendore. Tutte le località di maggior interesse sono facilmente raggiungibili se si ha un mezzo. La colazione molto variegata e abbondante. Personale molto gentile e disponibile. Che dire ci tornerò sicuramente.

Niet echt eeb royal suite

Opzich een oké kamer, voor de royal suite hadden we er wel iets meer van verwacht. Het uitzicht was wel mooi. Het verwarming systeem was kapot en er was geen moteur. De oplossing was een klein zeer lawaaierig electrich kacheltje. Het ontbijt was ook niet goed verzorgt de hele tijd waren er dingen op erg vervelend.

Het hotel en kamer is prima. Schoon en netjes. Vriendelijk personeel. Een kanttekening; de kamers, zijn qua verlichting veela te donker. De badkamer is niet verlicht genoeg. Overal dus een fijne kamer, maar Fletcher keten, doe eens iets aan de verlichting in alle ruimtes (kamer en badkamer)
