"The staff were very courteous and polite and they helped me when I had questions or concerns. I was well pleased with their service and kindness. To anyone not familiar with the area, particularly westerners like myself, the hotel may appear to be in a dangerous location and it is a little tricky to find the entrance but it was not the case and eventually felt and realized it was safe and the food vendors cooked some tasty meals! "The free shuttle only refers to the times given on website - from hotel to airport in the morning and from airport to hotel in the evening. There is very little in the area of the hotel- just a family mart across the road- but convenient location to the airport if you have a long transit. Staff were very polite and helpful! Rooms were big, clean and beds were excellent! "
