"Our stay was absolutely positively AMAZING. We met an owner and his wife. They are both working owners. They are renovating an extremely old (1912) interesting, historical building. And doing such a beautiful job. It’s calm, clean, quiet and welcoming. JUST PERFECT"

"Room was very spacious & clean. Hotel looked to have recent renovations so all was great! Kitchen was stocked & like 2 chairs outside the room to relax & chat with other guests. "

"The room was clean and comfortable, good shower/tub. We didn't find a blow dryer, but not a big deal. Would only note that laundry facilities were available only during daytime hours, and, as this was the midway point of our trip, we had planned to do laundry that evening. We were out enjoying the area during daytime, so would not have been able or interested in doing it during the day. Would only suggest that be noted on Hotels.com's site. Thanks!"

"Pleasant Moose Lodge was an older establishment but very clean and comfortable. Staff very friendly and helpful when we had questions about the area around Newberry. We stayed here with another couple who were travelling with their pets. Staff very accepting."

"My family (ages 8-73) thoroughly our stay at the Cedar Lodge. We visited Mackinac Island, Tahquamenon Falls and the MI Dog Sled site. Our favorite day was spent on the beach at the rental. The four granddaughters had a blast in the water and especially building a series of canals and castles on the beach. On that day, we also visited with my 91-year-old mother-in-law and other family members who live in the area. The large kitchen was fantastic but the AGA stove took some getting used to. The beds were comfortable and we stayed so busy that the television was never even turned on! Nikki was easy to communicate with. We really had a great family vacation, with persons coming from MN, WA and IL. Thanks much!"
