"Staff can't do enough for you. The sea is crystal clear with a great variety of fish to sea. The food was amazing. Recommend booking the restaurants at reception to ensure you get the chance to visit. I can't remember seeing any rubbish anywhere and rooms were well cleaned every day. Only downside is there was no air con in the restaurants. But that's a tiny point. Great holiday and a great hotel"

"Excellent service staff when it comes to regular service that they are used to do, but inflexible in special circumstances. E.g there was a night with heavy rain & lightning and there is a rather long walk back to our room unsheltered. We tried to ask for transport back to room seeing how their vehicles are able to ride on the platform when ferrying luggages so it should be something doable. However, they refused saying they don't offer buggy service to rooms. While we understand that it is not something that is normally offered, we thought they be more flexible. It was a dangerous walk back, we couldn't hold up our umbrellas too as the wind was too strong. During our stay, we fell sick but was very lucky to meet a very kind and helpful doctor at the medical centre. She helped us to recover quickly so that we can get back to our daily activities. Appreciated the daily activities schedule where we can partake in various free exercises and yoga. Although for some classes, instructor's punctuality can be an issue. Referring to classes not held by the gym or yoga instructor. 1 of us is vegetarian so glad to have quite a variety of options. Though would like to suggest for an improvement in the cooking of fish, it was almost always overcooked."

"I do not normally go out of my way to leave a review. But I can not say enough good about Baglioni resort and its incredible staff. From the transport in and out to the overall stay it was seamless. We stayed in a private beach pool villa and wow!"

" My personal resort host Niyaaf greeted me immediately upon my arrival after traveling for almost 36h to get to my resort from Canada. Despite traveling alone I felt safe and welcome the whole time. The resort staff give a loving family vibe. Everything from the delicious food to the breathtaking house reef was amazing. Very flavorful food, good presentation, excellent service. The excursions were awesome! I got to snorkel with a whale shark and many Manta rays. We saw Dolphins on that excursion and even more on the Dolphin sunset cruise. The Water sports team was fun and knowledgeable about the reefs we went on the snorkel safari to. The dive team were an amazing group, they even let me try scuba diving for free for the first time in my life. If i had more time and didn't go snorkeling so much this trip I would have tried to get my scuba diving certification. Hopefully I can come back to get it here one day! I can't say enough about how wonderful my stay was here. To me, Sun Siyam Vilu Reef was little taste of heaven on earth! Thank you so much to all of the staff. I will come back again!"
