"There was no shuttle to and from the airport. There were bugs in the room and the fridge was disgusting. The bathroom sink was clogged the whole time "

"Convenient location. Nice walk to shops and restaurants on the shoreline. Parking at the hotel was limited, but was able to park in the parking lot of a nearby hotel across the street (got reimbursed for the difference in the parking fee). "

"We really enjoyed our stay. The room was comfortable and clean with an amazing ocean view. However, the hotel itself is tired and in need of some major maintenance and repairs. There is a large amount of rust to the exterior of the building and balconies including the outdoor restaurant. One of the ponds in the lobby area is full of green slime. It must’ve been an absolute stunner in it’s day and deserves to be again."

"This place had everything you could think to need for your trip. Everything from beach towels and a collapsible wagon to high chair and pack n play for the little ones. There were plenty of games and puzzles available and the space was kept very nice and clean. The kitchen was well equipped and there was a closet full of extra linens, towels and blankets.The only thing worth noting is that there is only one parking space available for the unit. So if you had a large group like mine that needed 2 cars you will have to find parking on the street or in the pay lot. This wasn't a big deal but was expensive because we chose to use the pay lot as it was a lot closer and easier to access."

"An older, but updating condo complex. Not even a block off of Ali'i Dr and pretty centrally located. The condo was well equipped, clean and reasonably spacious. The large, screened lanai is great. I don't think you can find a better value for a 2BR 2BA condo in Kona!"

"The most important thing to say is that the host was exceptional. We stayed during a week of bad storms (not the norm) and she went above and beyond to make sure we were OK. The location couldn’t be better. During the storm, we parked the car in the designated parking space and walked to everything—including tourist sites and groceries. If you have to hunker down in bad weather, this is a great place to do it. Large glass doors leading to a covered lanai with an ocean view helped make this a great stay even in less than ideal circumstances"

"Great location in relation to restaurants and grocery shopping needs. The lanai was a nice place to have morning coffee and hear the ocean waves. I would stay here again. "
