"Our stay from August 10th to the 17th was absolutely flawless, and we couldn't have asked for a better home base for our vacation in Puerto Rico. The host, Maria, is incredibly thoughtful and has anticipated every possible need a guest could have.From the moment we arrived, we were impressed. The house was stocked with ample bedding, a full tank of gas for the barbecue, and a wonderful array of beach supplies that made our trips to the shore effortless. The kitchen was fully equipped and ready for us to use, which was a fantastic convenience. The space itself is absolutely lovely, with charming rocking chairs on the front porch for morning coffee and comfortable patio chairs in the back for relaxing in the evening.The location is truly ideal. Being just a few steps from the beach was a dream, and the house is perfectly situated within driving distance of the El Yunque rainforest. This house was the perfect base for all our adventures. We cannot recommend this property highly enough and are already dreaming of our next visit!"

"The house was amazing!! Very spacious for our group, the pool was the highlight of the house and came with floaties. The house has everything you can think of and need during your stay, plenty of towels, toiletries, dishes, spices. We felt safe in the community, it was quiet & the most delicious empanadas were to the left of the community (1st restaurant when you exit ). The beach is walking distance but with all the sargassum we didn’t enjoy that and it stunk (this has no reflection on the house just sharing info). Annie is an awesome host and I would highly recommend this place! "

"This place worked out perfectly for our family. The kids really enjoyed night swims in the pool. Sargassum had reached the area so we weren’t able to swim at the beach, which is really close and walking distance, but it was still beautiful. We drove to Luquillo on beach days which was under an hour drive. We are so visited San Juan and El Yunque which was all under an hour as well. It’s located close to a Walmart and other conveniences. We were always able to reach the owner whenever we had any questions. The house was great! The upstairs living room area stayed a little warm, but we were not up there that much anyway. We had plenty of toiletries that were provided in the showers and there were plenty of bathroom and pool towels available. Would definitely recommend! We were a family of 9 ranging from ages 89 to 3 and felt like we had plenty of room."

"Check in was super easy. Kitchens stocked well with dishes and utensils. This property is 2 identical units that worked great for our two family groups with 5 members in each group. Owner was quick to respond to questions, clarifications, and any issues. Ocean views were great!"

"A beautiful property! Check-in was simple & easy. Our home-away-from-home was grand but comfortable, with more than enough room for our whole group. My favorite spaces were the upstairs couch, overlooking the upper deck & the upper deck itself, especially in the early morning - pic below. The kitchen was well-equipped (& the absence of a dishwasher meant that our kids were on dish-duty after meals - great)! Sadly during our stay, there was a tremendous amount of red algae wash up at the beach, typical for the time of year, according to one of our budding scientists. However, we enjoyed a nearly-private public beach east of Punta Santiago, just a 5 minute drive away. And the pool - gorgeous! Lots of time spent floating & enjoying the sunshine."
