"Great safe location! It served us well as a base to explore the island. We enjoyed walking on the beach and adjacent nature reserve. My family enjoyed the pool. Julius was very welcoming. Sylvia was great! Very clear communication."

"The location was great. Close to great beaches, the highway for easy in and out, towns with restaurants and groceries. The neighborhood itself was quiet and lovely, nice for strolling. The neighborhood is bordered by the Punta Santiago public beach on one side and a nature preserve on the other, so you don't have to go in a car to get beautiful places to wander or jog. The house itself is well appointed and comfortable, although if you have tiny children or mobility issues, there are lots of steps and hard tile floors. It has one of the better equipped vrbo kitchens I've stayed in, with all the dishes and utensils we needed."

He shared great local recommendations and made the whole stay smooth from start to finish.The house itself is incredible. Fully stocked with everything you need (and then some), very comfortable, and clearly set up for actually living, not just passing through. Strong AC, fans throughout, great beds, and plenty of space. We were five total (2 adults, 3 kids) and never once felt cramped.The beach access is the real ace. It honestly feels like a private beach—quiet, uncrowded, and perfect for kids and adults alike. The location is ideal if you’re looking to unplug: far enough from the city to decompress, but close enough if you want to venture out. And the view from the deck? Unreal. Morning coffee and sunset up there were highlights of the trip.If you’re looking for a comfortable, peaceful, well-run place in Puerto Rico with a host who actually cares, this is it. "We had a wonderful stay at this Vrbo in Puerto Rico. The home was very comfortable, spacious, and easily accommodated our group of 13 without ever feeling crowded. Being right by the beach was a huge plus and made our stay even more relaxing and enjoyable. The neighborhood is gated and felt very safe, which gave us great peace of mind throughout the trip. The owner was also excellent—very responsive and quick to answer any questions we had. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it for large groups looking for a beachfront getaway."

"This house was ideal for our 3-generation family! The outdoor space was lovely, the house was clean, and the neighborhood was quiet and friendly. Maria is a wonderful host and very responsive. We had intended to take a number of day trips from the house, but the proximity to the wonderful beach, which we almost always had to ourselves, kept us very local for our whole visit. We would love to return sometime. The only caution for future guests is the fact that there is no internet connection or cell service at the house. Depending on your carrier, you may have cell service at the beach. Also, we are a family that cooks, and there is no oven. We did fine with the stovetop and the outdoor grill. These small inconveniences would not keep us from booking here again. It was a wonderful stay!"

"This a really special place. We had such a lovely stay and it is in a beautiful small gated community (so quiet) right by a lovely big lawn, beach and nature reserve. You can make a cup of coffee, step out of your front door and walk straight onto a lovely beach. It's paradise. Shops are close but not too close and there are a couple of nice local restaurants you can walk to if you want. Walks can be had through the nature reserve as well. Our host was communicative and very helpful and everything went very smoothly. We are definitely going to go back!"

"Great house with fantastic views. We enjoyed relaxing and walking right into the ocean for a swim, hiking in the rainforest and night kayaking in the bioluminescent bay. Wonderful family holiday!"
