"Host is very particular in expectations of his guests but all are reasonable and well communicated. The stay was exactly as advertised and very accommodating for a large group. You just have to be as transparent as possible and your stay will run smoothly. Neighborhood is a little on the run down side but no one bothered us and I felt safe during the entirety of ny stay. Will definitely book again."

"The property was exactly what we expected based on the photos online. The neighborhood wasn’t great, but we never had issues feeling unsafe. The outdoor area was a great place for us to hangout and the 2 bedrooms and living area was plenty of room for everyone to hang out. I would stay here again. "
