"Nestled in the heart of the city, this charming boutique hotel offers easy access to nearby restaurants and beaches. The friendly staff and owner made everyone feel welcome. We felt safe and well cared for and the food was excellent. The room was clean and spacious too. I highly recommend this place."

"The villa was in a stunning location. Close to hiriketiya beach. Private (well almost private) beach at the bottom of the villa. The location was superb and the staff were amazing. Arranging trips and taxis etc was spot on. The food in the villa was great. Cheap and very well thought out, however fish was over cooked each time we ordered. Maybe it's a Sri Lankan thing. Communication with the house staff was excellent and they couldn't do enough for you. It really was amazing. Where it let itself down was the general cleanliness of the property. Dirt on light switches hand marks on doors where customers have been opening. It's had a slight grubbiness about the place. It was advertised as recently refurbished but walls had plenty of marks and and shower areas were a bit grubby. Slight shabbiness to external facilities. Sofa in seating area grubby. Damp in the bedrooms downstairs. You could see it and smell it. I'm Giving an honest review as the photos don't show all of this. Overall a great stay. 4 stars from me, to elevate to 5 stars it's needs maintenance and a good clean. Thanks for the memories Craig"

"The room was very spacious and clean the shower was amazing with shampoo,conditioner and body wash provided for you. The towels were soft and clean and the bed was super comfy I thoroughly enjoyed my stay 100% recommend"

"This is a lovely resort, and we had a wonderful stay. The beach is quite and the hotel is very relaxing and low key. The kitchen staff was accommodating as we are vegetarians. The hotel needs some maintenance- the paint was peeling and the furniture looks old and worn out. "
