"Room was clean upon arrival, but there was no "service" daily .... No bed making, no clean towels, no kleenex, etc. We've stayed at Nantucket Inn several time and always like it. We were very disappointed with the daily service this time."

"The house was perfect for a family! There is a free shuttle with a stop just around the corner in the spring and summer that takes you to town and it was easy to navigate on the TransLoc app. The house was very clean and the kitchen had all the cookware and dishes needed to make meals at the house. I did not rent a car during my stay but during rainy weather & colder months I would recommend it. If anyone is taking a workshop with the Natural Historical Association (NHA) with a class at the Bartlett Rd location then the house is the PERFECT rental because of the location is within steps of the workshop location. I highly recommend this rental - the house is adorable and the owners are very kind!"
