"The room was very hot, 82 degrees Fahrenheit. It took me forever to switch it from heat to cool, only to find out later that no matter what I selected, there was only hot air coming from the vents. I called the front desk and was informed that there was no cooling available in the winter time and setting the temperature did not work either.
