"Surprising good hotel, considering the modest price and huge scale. It's not as charming as the old Victorian-style guesthouses in Binz, but it's right on the beach, and rooms are surprisingly spacious and everything is squeeky clean. "The location is nice, close to the beach. There is a band playing at the ground floor sometimes in the evening till 10 pm. The breakfast and dinner buffet was good. The pool is smaller than thought.,but very nice, usually full of kids playing there. The bed is very disappointing, very uncomfortable : there were two single mattresses on a double bed. The bedsheet was not changed during our stay at all as there was a chocolate stain on it. "

"We received a warm welcome at this hotel, which is superbly located on the seafront in Binz. The rooms were spacious and clean, breakfast was excellent and the bar was pleasant. The pool and spa facilities were very good and you are also able to book beach chairs on the hotel’s private stretch of beach. This is not a part of Germany that is popular with the British, which probably added to its charm. It is a hidden gem."

Beautiful home
"The house is beautiful, spacious and very nicely decorated. We used the pool/yoga house almost every morning. Its a great spot to start the day with a great view of the pool and backyard. Management was quick to respond when we had questions. The house is located in a quiet neighborhood of vacation home yet close to the beach. Downtown with its shops can easily be reached on foot or bikes (several come with the house). Overall, we had a great vacation and would highly recommend this rental."
