Tranquillity

We had a lovely stay. Everything was in order. The area around is beautiful and the adjacent airfield is an added bonus. The restaurant is very good too. Highly recommend it.

Nice and clean

Stayed here in a pinch on way between Bratislava to Vienna. Much less expensive than staying in either of those two cities, and rooms were new, fresh, and clean. Check-in and check-out is a little wonky due to no personnel / all accomplished at kiosk. Otherwise spectacular.

Good hotel that need to improve check in.

Poor check in experience with an automated check in facility but card reader not working. Had to call the support number. It took myself and three colleagues 35 minutes to check in. Hotel room was very nice as was the food. Service is restaurant was great.

The listing is misleading. The fact that there is no elevator and no one to check you in is hidden in the fine print very well. Expedia did nothing to assist with this issue and even one agent was snarky enough to say: you should have read the whole listing. I appreciate Luauna who helped by making sure we were only charged for the one night and then the owner of the restaurant helped my party get to the train to Vienna.

Wow got to watch a couple of aerobatic displays!

Just a one night stay while travelling from home, IoM, to Athens, Greece and back...absolutely stunning place, great service, lovely food. Thank you for your hospitality

Sometimes it was difficult to get there, taxis didn't want to take orders to the hotel for several hours, so I had to walk. There was no hot water in the room from 6 p.m. to 6 a.m. Not the best place to stay if you don't have a car.

Guter Aufenthalt mit herausragendem Service im Restaurant – mit etwas Luft nach oben beim Teich ​Wir hatten insgesamt einen wirklich schönen Aufenthalt im Smarthotel Spitzerberg. Ein ganz besonderes Lob geht an das Team vom Restaurant Icarus: Das Personal hat sich einfach herzlichst um uns gekümmert und war durchgehend extrem freundlich und aufmerksam. Auch das Frühstück war top und die Zimmer waren stets sauber. ​Zwei Punkte haben unseren Gesamteindruck allerdings etwas getrübt: ​Der Badeteich: Natürlich ist ein Naturbadeteich kein klassischer Pool und braucht einen anderen Pflegeansatz. Dennoch sollte man ein bisschen darauf achten, dass es ein Badeteich bleibt und nicht langsam zum Biotop kippt. ​Klimaanlage im Zimmer: Die Anlage war leider direkt auf das Bett gerichtet. Dadurch hatte man kaum eine Chance, nicht im direkten Luftstrom zu liegen, was nachts etwas unangenehm war. ​Fazit: Wegen des tollen Services im Restaurant und der Sauberkeit im Haus kommen wir gerne wieder – wenn bei Teichpflege und der Ausrichtung der Lüftung noch etwas nachjustiert wird, ist es rundum perfekt!

훌륭했어요!

아주 훌륭해요. 여름에 렌트카 여행하면서 판도르프 아울렛 가기위해 머물럿어요. 작은 야외수영장 있어 수영도 할 수 있어요. 여름 휴가지도 좋을 거 같아요. 시설도 깔끔하고 이용하기 아주 편리했어요
