"Very bizarre experience staying at this hostel.. no sign outside so difficult to find, also no reception/front desk so checking in was another challenge. The number provided is disconnected so I was unable to contact them, which was particularly frustrating when I got locked out after they didn’t bother to give me the door code to get back in. Hanoi Royal Premium Hotel

Hanoi Royal Premium Hotel

8/10 Good
"The room was quite functional but didn’t look like the pictures. Still it was clean and quite roomy and the hotel is in a great location to explore the Old Quarter. The staff were friendly and helpful and the breakfast was great, with enough choices for a good start to the day. It was a good value, well located choice for our first visit to Hanoi."
