"Kandahar Lodge has a gorgeous location and a very friendly and helpful staff. Sitting in front of a roaring fire in the lobby fireplace after a day of hiking was a real treat. The Lodge, however, does have some definite, maintenance issues: the steam room was out of order and the hot tub died during our stay. "This property was a pleasant surprise. We booked the king suite on the second floor. The staff were extremely pleasant and helpful. The cleanliness and thoughtfulness put into the room and room amenities is unexpected and appreciated. The bed is extremely comfortable. We will be back when in Columbia Falls again. "

"Lovwd this hotel for its price. Beds were good and rooms were mostly clean when we got there. Staff that noght wwre super friendly and helpful in getting us inna dog room since expedia doesnt give you that button to press you have pets. Pet area was also nice. Rooms were very sound proof too. "
