"Clean rooms and great staff. The shower was hot and the bed was comfortable, even had good TV channels. We were walking distance to plenty of food choices. Would stay here again."

"Beautiful location, there were 9 of us and we were all very comfortable, plenty of room and beds. Big, beautiful porch to watch magnificent sunsets over the Frio River. We spent most of our time in the water. There are many stairs to the water but once you are down along the river, it is gorgeous! Great place for families! Host was wonderful in communicating with us along the way. Highly recommend!!"

"Best view just incredible, has a game room also. Only problem we had was fridge was full from previous people and wasn't emptied out. Also no toilet paper had to run into town to purchased. But besides that a Wonderful place to stay and relax enjoy the Beauty. THANKS HALEY had a wonderful time."

"This place is so hodgepodge with so many rooms, and so very comfortable. A lot of room. The hosts were on top of it if we needed anything. Water spot is always amazing, it’s right across the street from the house. Beautiful area to sit around d and visit! This was our second time in the home, and will definitely do it again!"
