"Horrible hotel stay. AC not working correctly and was set to 60 degrees when we checked in room and still didn't cool, sofa bed broken and unusable. Metal frame slanted to one side so totally uneven. Could not sleep on. Told the receptionist and she could care less. In fact, she said there were many ..."
