"very clean room and well keep common areas. i was a little worried this was going to be your typical beach blvd. hotel (iykyk), but was pleasantly surprised by hotel 39. it was very affordable and the accommodations surpassed my expectations. if you need a simple, affordable room that’s walking distance to shopping, bars, and gas stations…this is a great spot. "

"The property was nice, and the view we had was excellent. We had a partial ocean view facing the pier. If you prefer a quieter room, I would recommend choosing a room on the opposite side of the hotel. The side we were on faced the tree bar, and the music can be loud until 10:00 PM on weekdays and until midnight on weekends. Other than that, we had a pleasant stay."

"Room was clean. Not the most modern looking room but nonetheless very accommodating . I enjoyed the separate toom feel with a king bed and sofa bed. Very private. Front desk staff was also very friendly. Steve was excellent. The breakfast buffet was delicious. Well worth the stay. "
