Be one of the first to enjoy this newly remodeled light and bright home complete with private spa, outdoor hot water shower, large beachfront deck to enjoy amazing sunsets from, and completely refreshed interior throughout the home. Full kitchen for cooking complete meals also completely remodeled with high end built in appliances and all the kitchen tools and appliances you'll need.

This 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom beachfront home in the wonderful beach community of Sunset Beach is ready for you and your family/friends to make lifelong memories in! In addition to direct beach access from your deck on the sand, also enjoy a private sand recreation area. Home is fully furnished.

Two spacious bedrooms, two bathroom, full kitchen, dining room, living room with a large flat screen TV, and laundry in the garage with direct access to the home. Also enjoy the very large beachfront deck complete with private heated spa, hot water shower, and private sand pit recreation area.

Additional amenities include WIFI, cable TV, washer and dryer, and two reserved parking spaces (1 in the garage and 1 in front of the garage). There is also ample public/overnight parking along the green belt directly behind the home. The home includes everything you will need for an enjoyable stay including a fully equipped kitchen and premier linens for your comfort.

Sunset Beach, commonly referred to as the hidden gem of Orange County, is nestled between the beach cities of Seal Beach to the North and Huntington Beach to the South. Only a few minutes drive away in either direction keeps you close enough to enjoy what each town has to offer while also being just far enough away to avoid the crowds that are inherent to these popular beach cities. As such, the sandy beaches of Sunset Beach see a fraction of the crowds with just as much beauty and serenity. As an added bonus, the calm waters of Huntington Harbor are just a short walk away across Pacific Coast Highway where you can enjoy paddling boarding, kayaking, or even a relaxing Duffy ride while exploring the many channels of impressive yachts and waterfront estates.

Additional activities include, surfing, kite surfing, fishing, sailing, volleyball, and other beach games. Also enjoy miles of beachfront bike rides along the boardwalk that stretches from Sunset Beach to Huntington Beach through Bolsa Chica State Beach. There is even some fantastic hiking at the nearby Bolsa Chica Wetlands Ecological Reserve.

There are two bedrooms that share a full Jack and Jill bathroom. There is an additional full bathroom at the front of the house near the garage. Full kitchen, dining room, and living room with fireplace make up the great room that opens up to the large beachfront deck, private spa, sand recreation area, and direct beach access.

The property manager was very easy to work worth… responded immediately to a couple of questions we had. Our entire family enjoyed the beach and patio where we played corn hole and spike ball ( games we brought). We were happy to just chill and enjoy the beautiful ocean!

A true gem, located on the sands of Sunset Beach, and pet friendly. As described in the list, we found no issues at all with our stay. Tyler is a great communicator and took care of anything we asked about. We were looking for a place to spend the holiday week, with our two dogs, on the beach. This place hit all the marks for us. The sand pit for the dogs works great. The "back yard" are is completely enclosed, so you dont need to worry about the dogs escaping. The back deck, which leads up to the chairs on the sand, all make the stay perfect. All of the furnishings are kept up to date and, while a beach house, everything works as expected. Would highly recommend this property, and we will be back.

We stayed at this property for an escape for a few days. It was glorious. The house is clean, comfortable, and laid out very well. The location and views are beautiful. We enjoyed watching the unbeatable sunsets in the evening and the dolphins playing in the ocean in the mornings. Tyler was very communicative and easy to work with from beginning to end. Highly recommend!

I took my three children under 10yrs of age and dog to sunset beach and truly enjoyed our stay. Tyler was accommodative to our ask to bring our dog and our option to obtain entry an hour early to enjoy the beach. The kids loved the proximity to the beach and the house layout with bunk beds was great for kids. The parking was ample and safe with friendly neighbors. Ability to open sliders kept a cool breath throughout the split home. Our kids and dog very much enjoyed the small sand area in the evenings.

The house was very clean. Kitchen well stock. We were disappointed with the ocean view from the front patio. Very quite location . We felt like a private beach , very nice. The master bedroom upstairs with the kitchen was a added bonus. Tyler was a great host. His response time was excellent!

The location of this property is perfect. Property is split into two so it's very convenient for families with teens. But also had plenty of space for our family of six to stay on one level. The property manager was also amazing to work with. We had a last minute emergency that interfered with our check in day and he went above and beyond to help accommodate us. We are so grateful to him and the owner for working with us. Super clean and super cute. Everything you need for a beach getaway.

We had a wonderful stay at the property. We went during the heat wave in CA and AZ but it was totally fine on the beach! The property was two separate units one on top and one on the bottom which worked out fine for us since we have teenagers. The upper unit is lovely with a great breeze and very private. Downstairs is great as well with a full kitchen and access to the beach out the back patio. The location was great and easy to get to great restaurants in Huntington, Seal beach and Long Beach. Newport is a quick drive as well.

We absolutely loved this beach house! We have rented many houses at the beach, this was the best! It was so nice to walk into the house for the first time and be genuinely happy with what you see. We had zero complaints. We loved everything about it - the location, the large patio, jacuzzi, private sand area, and the 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms were perfect for our family. The beds were very comfortable with really decent, comfortable bedding. Having access to a garage was great too, not to mention having a washer and dryer! The attention to detail in this rental was very obvious and appreciated! We look forward to returning next summer!

For a family with young children, this location was a 10! The kitchen utensils were old and sparse, we had to go out and buy a cheese grater. Only 2 kitchen towels. We didn't have enough bath towels plus they were thin and small. No washcloths which with kids is a necessity. Other than that, the house location, the neighborhood park, restaurants within walking distance... all of this was amazing!

Overall, it was a great property. What we wanted most was a nice location and super easy access to the beach. We got that x10. House was setup well for our group. Hot Tub was not working but also something that was being addressed and just one of those things that happens. Owner told us upfront and refunded the money for it. The only thing I wish there was more of was BBQ tools. We made what we had work but a set of tools for grilling would be helpful. We would go back in a second though. Our family had a blast!

We loved our stay at this beach house. It was quiet and a perfect location literally on the beach. Backyard gate opens right up to the sand and down to the beach so we couldn’t have asked for more. There is a built in sand pit that was great for the kids to play with the toys already there on the property. House was walking distance from everything we needed and we bbqd for everything else. Tyler was super responsive and helpful with any questions we had as well as provided suggestions for bike rentals as well as restaurants and coffee shops to go to. Only minor issue we had was there was an ant issue but Tyler was upfront about it and handled it after our stay. We were able to make it work no problem so truly minor. We plan on coming back and highly recommend this property for anybody looking for a quiet stay on the beach with their friends or family. Neighbors were also very friendly. Can’t wait to come back!

Great location. Expansive beach. Washer and dryer a big plus. Very nice deck space. Comfortable beds. Garage parking for one car with space behind garage for additional car. Equipped with nice body boards, sand toys, and beach chairs. Pet friendly. Good communication with property manager. Found out the jacuzzi did not work after we moved in.. (We were given a rebate, but booked the house because of this feature and would have much preferred a working jacuzzi.) Could use more dinner plates, sliverware, and serveware. Lacks hanging storage for clothes. Overall, we had a great week at the beach. We had to be a bit creative with clothing storage (we didn't want to live out of suit cases for a week) and during meal prep. and serving, but nothing to really get in the way of the fun of a week at the beach..
