Guests will have access to the entire home. Walking or biking is the best way to get around this area -- so many local attractions you hardly need a car. Otherwise, we recommend having a car to visit further attractions.

>Extra fee if cleaning crew has to clean additional furniture pieces due to pet

>Outside only, or there will be a $200 fine
>If cleaners have to pickup anything related to smoking, there will be a $50 fine

The extra charge listed as “Waivo Insurance” on your reservation covers accidental damage in the home within a certain limit. If something happens or breaks during your stay please let us know immediately so we can file a claim.
Note: This amount only covers a 10 day or less stay. If you are staying longer than 10 days we will request the difference in amount for coverage.
MARRIOTT GUESTS -- You are not charged a Waivo Fee. You will be asked to upload your credit card information to the reservation upon booking, this will act as the card on file (similar to hotels) in case any damages occur during your stay.
