Cozy Room In a Bungalow with WiFi, Blocks From Downtown Huntington Beach

PROXIMITY TO SHOPS AND DT HUNTINGTON BEACH -This cozy place is located in a convenient spot close to shops. There is a shopping center two blocks away next to the Hoag Medical Center. In that shopping center are numerous restaurants, a bank, a Coffee Bean and Tea Leaf, A Mother's grocery store for a more healthy choice, a mailbox center and an Albertsons Grocery store. Downtown HB and the beach are both 1.5 miles away!

ACCOMMODATIONS AND ROOMMATES - You'll share a dual sink bathroom with two professional roommates who split time working from home and the office. We are very respectful of others and cleanliness is a quality we hold in high regard. This means that the room is perfect for someone who is looking for a peaceful and quiet environment to work and/or sleep in. The room dimensions are 7' 6'' X 9' 11" and fits a twin size bed which is provided for you. The room also comes with a smart TV for your entertainment. The closet space will be just enough for someone who lives the minimalist lifestyle.

APPLIANCES AND EXTRA SPACE - The patio space is great for barbecues, and there's a BBQ waiting for you to use! You'll also have access to a washer and dryer inside the unit, as well as a dishwasher and microwave. A small garage is available for your personal items like a bike, and there are two refrigerators for your use. We have a air fryer, Instant Pot, and blender available if you like to cook. We also have an extra refrigerator in the garage if you need extra space to store some food.

PERKS - One of the best perks living in a beach community is not just the weather but the amount of events and places to go and explore. I know some walking and hiking trails by the beach if that is your thing. You can take the Circuit ride-share service that is very cheap and can transport you anywhere in the downtown area. If you want to go kayaking in Huntington Beach Harbor, there are a few spots I can point out to you. Maybe you want to play beach volleyball with some of the locals, if not, you can be a spectator. Disneyland, Angel Stadium and the Honda Center is only approximately 35 min drive away. There are plenty of bikes and E-bikes to rent if you want to go farther than where your legs can take you. The options are endless in this community.
