We had the best time. Space for everyone next to walgreens, coffee, food but away from the crazies. Host was great, responsive, and so sweet. Definitely wouls stay again!

Beautiful house right next to the beach, not to mention very close to multiple restaurants and convenience stores. We loved the roof and 3 fire places as well as the multiple balconies and patio. We were surprised that there was a cooler and beach chairs available which really helped make out stay. My only suggestion would be to have more pillows with different levels of firmness for different sleepers. Awesome place. Would definitely stay again!

We thoroughly enjoyed this beautiful beach house. The location was perfect. Easy walking distance to all the shops and restaurants on Main St. The home was spotless and the beds were all very comfortable. We only wish we could have stayed longer. Mailan is a great host and we hope to come back soon!

The house was spectacular and in an excellent location to celebrate our daughter's graduation. It was equipped with everything we needed. Also, parking availability made it easy for us with 2 cars inside the garage and 3 in the driveway. The roof top was a great place to watch the sunset each evening. This place provided us with cherished memories that will not be forgotten.

It starts with a WOW! It's a beautiful home with all the extras. From the master suite, you have a fantastic view of the pier—a perfect fit for families with three floors for privacy or couples that want to enjoy the spacious Master suite. We loved the close proximity to shops and great coffee and breakfast two doors down. Mailan was very kind and responsive. We will be back next summer!

What a great trip! The house worked perfect for our group of eight adults and one two year-old. Plenty of room, great 8-seat square dining table for dinners and games each night. Real close to the beach and easy access to all kinds of restaurants and California Beach vibe. The front patio with gas fire table was a great place to gather as well. I would highly recommend bringing your family and friends to this spot!

Cannot tell you how awesome this place is. Every bed room had a very nice bathroom. The decks are amazing and the top deck is beyond amazing - a view of the beach and surfers and a perfect pace to have a meal or just hang out. Loved having Sancho’s (best burritos in HB) and 602 coffee right next door. Super close to the pier and all restaurants and bars. So nice also to be able to run on the beach or boardwalk since they are about 100 feet away. Overall, amazing place and we will be back!

We had a family gathering in Huntington Beach and this home was our meeting place. It was very close to the beach and the pier, as well as a wonderful coffee shop less than a block away. The house was immaculate and had a wonderful kitchen and a nice dining area. The sleeping arrangements were nice, with several comfortable beds. Oh and I forgot to mention the lovely master bathroom complete with a Roman tub as well as a steam sauna/shower. Exquisite!! Hopefully, we can return in the future and enjoy another lovely stay. 10-15 steps from the beach .. a hop a skip a jump from the pier and lots of great eating places, this will be our go to home. Mailan is a responsive host and pays attention to concerns, and addresses issues/questions asap. We were a party of 9 and did not feel like we were fighting for space or bathrooms. Plenty of towels for everything! We will be back!
