"The hotel property is quite old, and the rooms were not maintained properly. The air conditioning was not working well, which made the stay uncomfortable. The food service staff was rude and irresponsible, and basic things were not provided properly. Overall, we were not happy with the service. The only positives were the good location and decent parking facilities."

"Full disclosure, the place was getting reconstructed while I was there. This is a property I have stayed in the past ad might have missed the heads up. The room was clean itself and was fully functioning, do believe this place had a decent shower. for a night stay this a was good place, being down town allowed also for great views all day long and a decent walkscore for things to see and do. the only issue I had was that the laundry service was out of service and that was the main reason I choose that hotel as I knew they had one. This did allow for a fun experience at a local laundrymat. Gym was also down but I am a pool girl and that hotel still has my favourite hotel pool with slide."
