"A quaint small room stay at the most affordable price in Huntington. The host (Ric) was super friendly and communicative on parking, entry, and what's nearby. He was even generous enough to offer us a ride into town to watch the football game when it was mentioned that we had planned on calling an Uber. Bed was comfortable, bedroom and bathroom was clean and spacious. The only criticism I can offer is that the room did not have a thermostat to control temperature even though the room was comfortable to my standard. My wife is going through the "change" and subject to hot flashes and wanted it cooler. There are a couple of fans in the room that she was able to turn on. There was also a space heater for I imagine would be needed in the colder months. The biggest critique though would be the room layout. The front door opens directly into the bathroom. If you happen to be sitting on the toilet or just stepping out of the shower when the front door is opened, you would have great views out onto the front porch and front parking areas and vice versa. Although there's not a big risk of someone peeking in, it still is kind of awkward. The bathroom is spacious enough where some kind of partition or wall could be set-up or installed to shield the front door views. All in all, I would recommend and would stay here again if I were passing through this area."

"This place is adorable! We loved all the personal touches with the decor, and all the little notes around the suite letting us know all the ins and outs. The location is quiet and private and so many places are in walking distance! Most importantly, the bed was very comfortable! Stephen was super easy to get a hold of and to communicate with. Thanks for providing a great place to stay while in Huntington!"

"We were in town for visit with college/high school friends. We had 2 couples and a dog. Completely updated beautifully. well stocked kitchen. Lovely Linens. Host was great at communicating. Love this house. "

"Breakfast had so many healthy options. Loved the whole wheat English muffins. The oatmeal was perfect and there were so many great options for topping it. It was great to be able to make the small little waffles instead of one big one. Great idea. The use of paper plates and bowls was a great choice instead of Styrofoam. Room was very clean and comfortable. We liked that we had a laundry room two doors down from us. However, the market did not stock any laundry detergent. We picked some up at the store. Outdoor area was very nice and great view. "
