"Hotel staff was very friendly, accommodating, and responsive. The rooms were pretty basic which was fine. It would have been helpful to have a shelf in the shower for shampoo, etc. the bathroom should also have a towel rack. Breakfast was included with our stay and very nice. Our rooms had fans to provide air movement but it was still hot and stuffy in June. Overall I was satisfied with our stay. "

"Nice simple hotel close to 2 underground stations. Only that there are no lifts (if you are carrying heavy luggages) and no A/C (for summer stays). "

"The rooms and staff were great, and it is SO easy to get from Heathrows' Travellers Hub to Heathrow (just take the N9 bus--so easy and cheap!!!!). My only reservation about this hotel is that Hounslow is not a place that one necessarily wants to visit. But this hotel is a great place to go when you are trying to catch an early flight and have come from further away than London. The staff was absolutely incredible!!!!"

"A great night, located right next to the Hammersmith and minutes from the picadilly line. My wife and I stayed for the evening and attended Queens to watch some tennis for the first time. The staff were accommodating and facilities were nice. It was easy to get too having travelled from Bristol, and the access to London (for two of us who haven’t been very often) loved it."

"It’s a pub with rooms at the back, not the biggest but perfectly functional. Very hot in the room, could do with a fan maybe? The lady behind the bar got a little flustered, made a call and got it sorted. Also very European when it came to bar service. Overall will stay again if needed"

"This was our first visit to London, and we had a great stay at the Jesmond Hotel. The manager was very friendly and helpful, and served a tasty, made-to-order breakfast each morning. The hotel is conveniently located within a 10 minute walk of a tube station, sightseeing buses, a grocery, and the British Museum. "

"This little B & B was a gem, it was in a lovely area with some nice pubs and restaurants. Karen the host was really friendly and made us a gorgeous full English and nothing was too much trouble. Our local was the Horse and Chains 1 min further up the road. It was the perfect stay for our trip to Wembley as there was a train station close by and a uber was only £15.00. We thought the price, as it was advertised as a B & B, included breakfast but we paid extra for breakfast on arrival, however it...
