"The breakfast was amazing. But I asked for my room to be cleaned on 5/16 on that morning because I was leaving out at 9am that morning to run errands and when I got back later on that night . I was totally surprised to no that my room had not been clean that meant I had to go to the office on that next morning to get clean towels. My phone didn’t work and I reported that also on 5/16. This was in room 119 . But my first night at the hotel room 117 had mold so they in it by the refrigerator. So on the next morning, they switched our room. I had a picture that I took of the mold but I can’t find it now in my phone."

"I loved my experience at Embassy Suites. The room was pristine, the staff friendly and helpful. Would have preferred the bar be open later. I was there for a concert at Mars Music Hall and the bar and restaurant were closed after the show. Otherwise, great night and will be looking forward to another opportunity to stay there."

"This hotel was very scary. As a singlewoman who travels alone. I was very scared. The lobby was nice but the hotel is very outdated and dusty. When i walked into the room I pulled the cutains back and the curtains smelled like smoke and sweat. It was so dusty I couldnt stop coughing. The only saving grace is that the bed were comfortable. And the bathrooms were renovated but the rooms look horrible. Staff was extremely kind and nice. But I wouldnt stay here again. Needs major renovatins"
