PRIVATE, COZY and centrally-located studio. Within just a few blocks to SHSU and downtown Huntsville. Sam Houston Monument and many other attractions just a few miles away. Warm and inviting vacation rental sits on a peaceful dead end street. Studio holds fully stock kitchen and many other mighty amenities. It has a Queen size bed, comfortable pull out Full size sofa, Smart Tv and wifi. Place sits behind the main house and includes free parking. Need more space let us know!

Great Graduation

Our son graduated from SHSU. I wish we had found this place years ago. So easy and convenient to campus. Communication was great and place is neat and clean. Definitely recommend it for parents visiting their college kids.

Cozi little place.

Everything was absolutely amazing. My family, and I was very pleased with the accommodations. The place was. As my son is a Freshman in college, I k ow I will book book this spot again.

Cute studio

The studio was clean and well stocked. The rental company was prompt and attentive. Bed was very comfortable. Shower was amazing although no wash cloths were available for use only towels. Such a cute a little studio. My only complaint is the couch was not suitable for relaxing, very uncomfortable. Overall a great place to stay for a weekend visit.

Lovely studio

Really modern, clean and shiny studio. Felt homey and comfortable. Everything you need for a space away from home. The reason we went with a vrbo for this trip was to get away from hotel “night noises”. Unfortunately the neighbors on each side have dogs and they both barked late into the night. Once this issue has been dealt with, this place is perfect.

While we had a tad issue with checking in, I was able to reach someone within 2 minutes and it was resolved. Melissa helped us quickly and was so sweet! The studio is super cute (newly being renovated), very clean and amazing location! The neighborhood was nice and quiet. Perfect for a weekend visiting SHSU!! We would stay here again!

Very nice property. Little small for 4 people but it worked perfect for us as we were gone most the time. Only there to rest. Definitely recommended and will return. Everything felt like home.

Perfect for the 4 of us!

This place was so nice and cozy. It was super cute and worked great for us 4 girls who stayed! We really enjoyed it. Bathroom was really nice and spacious. (I would bring extra toilet paper (we ran out) as well towels since there is no washer/dryer).

A great stay

My wife and I come to Huntsville for my daughters graduation from Sam Houston. We arrived at about 5:30 or so. When we went in we noticed the thermostat wasn't working so we called them and they sent a man out to fix it. He replaced the thermostat and then figured out it wasn't the problem. By now it's about 9:30. He went out to the compressor and figured out it was a resistor switch. The owners sent him to walmart and bought a portable window unit. By the time he got it installed it was after 11:00. The next morning we went to the graduation. They called me and said they couldn't get the part till Monday. My wife and I decided to go hm 1 night early and the managers/owners compensated us well. We understand things happen and the owners went above and beyond to make our stay good. This cottage was a clean and nice stay. We will stay here again and highly recommend this for any couple needing a place to stay. Thank you very much
