Perfect 4 Season Destination w/ Tesla charging!



The luxurious 1 bedroom, 1.5 bathroom condo will sleep up to 4 people, with sleeper queen sofa. It is a spacious 1,100 square feet.

The kitchen is fully equipped and ready for use. It has granite counter tops, refrigerator/freezer with ice maker and much more. The living room has a gas fireplace, Smart 50" TV that can be viewed from kitchen, living room or dining area! Enjoy the breathtaking views of Snowbasin Ski Resort while soaking in your private hot tub located on the balcony. There is also a natural gas grill on the balcony for year round grilling.
The master suite has a new memory foam mattress and cotton or bamboo linens, for a great nights sleep, Smart TV, jetted tub, separate shower and double vanity.

There is a queen memory foam sofa sleeper in the living room as well.
The unit is stocked with all cookware, should you decide to cook (well it is a slim possibility), a Keurig latte maker luxurious bed and bath linens, laundry supplies, dish soap, dishwasher detergent, paper towels, toilet paper and garbage bags. Additionally the bathroom has shampoo, conditioner and body wash for your convenience.

The unit has parking available in the common area, directly across from the unit. Also across from the unit is the community pool,hot tub, clubhouse and tennis courts and trail down to the lake.

OUR UPDATED CLEANING POLICIES: Of course all our cleaning solutions kill germs and bacteria but most importantly we have installed an air scrubber that runs continuously, thus eliminating all virus and germ particles that can be in the air or on surfaces:) We also use:

which destroys all germs and bacteria in seconds without harm to the air, surfaces or humans. We do this prior to cleaning the unit and after, so that you are entering a pristine environment the moment you enter your vacation get-a-way.
We respect peoples decisions and need to travel and strive to provide the safest accommodations, being that we are trained in OSHA due to our work history.

Fran always does a fantastic job welcoming us and making sure we are comfortable while we are staying at their place. The kitchens and bathrooms are well stocked and we never worry about not having enough supplies to last us through. Communication is key and she is always responsive when we need anything. Very clean, well stocked and comfortable. We come to Huntsville every summer to race the weekend at Snowbasin and we always feel at home in this condo and look forward to our trips here.

This is a great property! It is only about 10 minutes from Snow Basin and the Pineview Reservoir is a brief walk. The unit was very clean and appropriately apportioned. The host was incredible. Not only is she very communicative and quick to respond but she also went far and above what was expected. We highly recommend.

Montain Lake condo

Our little get away was simply perfect. Fran's condo was cozy and inviting, nestled in a beautiful setting with rustling trees right outside the window. Wonderful location for skiing!

Location is perfect for a very short drive to Snowbasin for skiing. After a day in the hill, the private hot tub felt great. The condo is very comfortable with plenty of kitchen, bathroom and laundry supplies. This is our second year renting here and hope to return again!

Great condo and value over all, best area to stay in Huntsville. Suni was very prompt and accommodating responding to our questions and addressing our request. If you plan to cook fancy meals, consider bringing your favorite stock pot etc. We had a great time, will definitely stay again when in this area
