The staff was helpful and informative.Jamilla was very kind in giving a "refund".without us even asking due to the pool being in maintenance on the 2nd day and the day of checkout it would've been ready about 30 minutes before checkout.Thank you!.Plenty clean towels for the pool.EVERYONE was polite and kind."
