"I was nervous to stay in a smaller place; I'm used to big hotel chains. This place was worth the switch. Very clean and comfortable. The staff were all so kind and helpful, both the check in and morning staff at check out. It was very quiet and I was able to get amazing sleep. The breakfast was small and not worth eating, so make sure to bring something with for the morning. "

"The rooms were very clean and comfortable. It was very hot and humid outside, but the AC and ceiling fans kept up well. The host answered questions quickly. We had rain (and lots of it) every day but our last, but had a good time anyway; making use of the game room, large dining areas for other games, and the pond for fishing and kayaking between storms. The kitchen was well equipped and bedding and towels were very nice."

"Dont let the exterior fool you, this is a Cozy cabin. My daughter and I visited friends in Kirksville, this wasa great place to rest our heads. We slept like babies The host is amazing, they truly are great hosts. We will definitely stay there next year. "

"This is a great house if you’re visiting either university in town. 3 to 5 minutes from either one. It was clean, well appointed, and nicely decorated! Highly recommend! My only suggestion would be mirrors in the bedrooms for multiple people getting ready at the same time"
