"The hotel was very clean, rooms and beds were nice, and the view was stunning! The arcade was a bit lacking with most games out of order. The hot tub was being maintained so we couldn't get in til our last day but when we got in it was very hot and nice! The heated pools and the rock slide were awesome! They charged a $100 deposit that we were not expecting and also charged $10 per day for parking which was a hidden small print fee that we were unaware of til checkout...All in all it was a good stay! "

"The room was okay but there were a lot of dust under the bedroom and hair found on the bedsheets. The hotel doesn’t provide water or tea in the room. Beach access is from the pool but chairs and umbrella is not provided by the hotel. There is a $55 charge per day to use the umbrella and chairs. This information was not listed by the hotel in Expedia. Hotel staff is okay. It didn’t feel like 4 star hotel for sure. Food and drinks are on the beach and pricy. Overall, our experience was 3/10 "

"The condo was great. Clean and fun. We used the sauna every day after being on the beach. Host was super easy to communicate with! Would for sure book again"

"Convenient location, check in process was completed on a kiosk so I was a little nervous that there was no management on site, but I had no issues. The room had a terrible smell and the coverlets on the beds were filthy with big stains on them. I bought air freshener and a blanket. Other than that, the room was clean, no bugs. The ice machine worked. "

"Nice sized room with fridge and microwave, comfy beds BUT not enough linen for a 3 person room for 3 days, no top ring on sink ( made it look dirty), pink mold in the shower, no non slip/textured floor or gran bars in shower. Advertised as a buffet breakfast it was simply a buffet-style continental breakfast. Not a horrible stay for the money. "

"Room was clean, staff was very nice. Fitness room had 2 treadmills that didn’t work. Aicha gave us a wonderful greeting and welcome. Breakfast was good but the omelette was real heavy on green/red peppers which we didn’t like."

"This place was good for 1 night. Sketchie people up through the night. Make sure you lock your vehicle doors. Walls are thin. You can hear people outside at all hrs of the night. The staff was super nice and very helpful. Parking was easy. We got a 1st floor room and was able to park in front of the room. "
