The process was easy; the staff at the management company was personable and professional. We will definitely use VRBO and Red Sands again when we come to Utah.

Everything you need!

This condo was perfect for our family of 5! It had so much space and was quiet. Easy to get to, about 40 min from Zion. It has 2 outdoor pools and hot tub areas including a water slide and lazy river, as well as an indoor pool and hot tub. The kids loved it. The condo has so many extras to make you feel at home. We would stay here again!

Great stay

It was very clean, well supplied and very nice. Communication clear from start to finish. Everything was just as advertised and was a great place to stay. Close enough to everything put private and quite. Cell service is rough inside but that’s a cell service provider issue. Loved this place and the service! Thank you for a great stay!

Girls weekend

We loved the place and the location was great for all of our plans. We really wanted to use the outdoor fireplace but were unable to and could not find directions. Not a lot of space in the smaller bedroom for suitcases but overall a nice place.

Park loop vacation

After many days on the road and a variety of accommodations it was wonderful to settle into such a comfortable home. The heated outdoor pool and hot tub were a hit after a long day of hiking and adventures with in Zion. The space was clean and well kept. Red Sands Rental Agency was easy to reach when we had questions regarding the property.

Great 2 bedroom condo. It was clean and stocked great. Only thing we experienced was the neighbor should invest in a Cpap. The walls might not have any insulation so we heard him snoring all night.

Lovely little condo

Nice condo. Had plenty of room for me, my daughter and her 3 friends. Kitchen was stocked well. Close walk to the pool. Google maps takes you to the wrong building, so be sure to follow the directions in the email. The building letter is listed on the parking garage

This property was fantastic. Everything was clearly labeled (light switches, linen closet, etc.) which made things much easier. Everything you could possibly need was provided. The unit was very clean with comfortable furniture. The pool area was very nice and well shaded later in the afternoon. Thanks!

Nice, quiet place.

The property was great. However, I could not get cell service (Verizon) in the condo and on most of the property. I had to do a little work while I was there so that was annoying. The place was clean & quiet. I’d stay again if I didn’t need cell service.

St. George Gem

This was one of the cleanest and best laid-out condos we have stayed in! The kitchen was well-stocked with everything we needed to prepare breakfast and dinner. All the furniture, linens and bedding were first-class. It was cold during our visit, and we appreciated the gas fireplace in the living room/tv area and the extra blankets in the closet. Thanks for making our trip so enjoyable. We will be back in better weather to play golf in beautiful St. George.

Great Place

The Condo was very well stocked and exceptionally clean. Perfect quiet location near hiking, biking, without the crowdedness of St. George. Pools and jacuzzi's were great. Fitness Room was adequate and can use some updated Cardio machines. A few minor maintenance issues inside Condo and Management Co. was very receptive when I called. No restaurants within walking distance but not too far away. Overall, I was very pleased.

Wonderful Property - Very Clean - Great Pool!

This property offered a unique blend of tranquility and convenience for exploring Zion National Park, being only a 30 minute drive, it provided easy access to the park's stunning landscapes and trails while allowing us to enjoy a quieter, less crowded home-base. Additionally, while staying here we visited both Las Vegas and the Grand Canyon North Rim (both were long days, but easily doable). The property is well appointed and very clean. The pool area is awesome, we spent a whole day just swimming and relaxing. Everything was very easy to find. We were able to charge our Hybrid rental with easy access to an external outlet in the parking area. This was a great spot, definitely one of our favourites on our 2 week trip through Colorado, Utah, Arizona and Nevada.

Excellent property and location.

First of all, great management team that provided all details relevant to our stay and answered questions as needed. Secondly, the condo was beautiful and well taken care of with many amenities provided that are needed in every room especially in the kitchen. Towels for poolside were provided and stored in the laundry room as well as a little extra clothes detergent, A+ to our hosts for understanding what a tenant needs when traveling from afar. We drove 35 minutes to Zion National Park and we were pleased that taking the freeway nearby could take you to many wonderful restaurants and shopping when needed. The pool and spa area was nice but the clubhouse spa could use a little update. Thank you for providing a beautiful space that was clean and safely located to set our minds at ease, my husband and I truly enjoyed it.

Clean, comfortable unit

Stayed here for several days for a spring break trip. The unit is well-located and had multiple beautiful hikes within a 25 minute drive and Zion is reasonably close as well. Nearby Washington has every store and restaurant you could want. The unit itself is comfortable and had everything we needed. The master bathroom is huge, pictures don't do it justice. The complex was quiet, and members of our group enjoyed the pool and hot tub. We spent lots of time in the porch area and used the gas fireplace and grill. The only downside for us was that the unit doesn't have much natural light, which may be a benefit in the hotter months. Another reviewer mentioned that Verizon doesn't have good service in the complex and that was true for us as well. Property management company is very responsive and friendly.

Comfortable condo with excellent communication

My family really enjoyed our recent stay. The condo was clean and the beds were very comfortable. We loved how close the unit was to the indoor pool because the weather was poor the weekend we were visiting. We have stayed in many rental properties over the years and this is the first that gives you a number to text and actually responds. They were so helpful and great to answer any questions that we had for them! Our two “complaints” were that the shower head in the master is not able to be adjusted and the water pressure is aggressive so showering was not the most enjoyable experience. The only other issue we noticed is the angle of the tv in the main living space. It is not mounted so it can be hard to see and it can be difficult to make the remote work. We spent very little time actually watching tv so it did not have a negative impact on our trip. Overall this was a lovely place and I loved that it was well stocked with all the required linens and things to make you feel at home. I would absolutely stay again because of the lovely customer service and how clean and comfortable the unit was. Thank you for hosting us!
