Beautiful unit, great location
Unit was perfect, large, nice furnishings, and beds were comfortable. Kitchen had plenty of supplies to cook and eat with. Plenty of pools on site. The Grille (resort restaurant) was absolutely terrible, entire staff was overwhelmed and rude, food was sloppy but fortunately tasted OK. They ended up refunding us. Property staff at the checkin desk was terrible and we spoke with management extensively about our issues. The actual unit, pools, beautiful scenery, and location right across from the reservoir are the reasons why we would return.

Almost a 5 star
Almost everything about our stay was amazing. We loved the location and the people at the clubhouse for check in and help with anything were fantastic! The only things that were a problem was lack of kitchen and cleaning supplies. There wasn't much to use as far as preparing meals or being able to clean up. A few suggestions for the kitchen would be more dish towels (one super thin one isn't great), a cutting board, a hand mixer, a gridle, and more cooking utensils. As far as cleaning products, besides the previous mention of the dish towels would be a broom and dust pan to use instead of having to clean up by sweeping on hand and knees with a paper towel. So, if you're wanting a fully stocked kitchen I'd suggest going somewhere else, but otherwise it's a great place to stay!
