This beautiful home on Lake Sinissippi in southern Wisconsin features a newly remodeled lower level, making it the perfect option for your next getaway! Enjoy modern amenities like an open floor plan, skylights, and a Trex deck with stunning views of 75 feet of shoreline. The soaring ceilings and large windows provide breathtaking views of the lake.

The remodeled, spacious lower level includes two twin beds, a queen sofa sleeper, a bar area with lake view, and a washer/dryer, offering a comfortable retreat for all guests.

Outdoor Activities: Lake Sinissippi spans 2,900 acres and is great for water sports, canoeing and paddleboarding. Winter highlights include nearby snowmobiling trails and ski/tubing hill, plus our hot tub to warm up in chilly temps.

Local Highlights: Sinissippi Lake Pub is a short walk away, offering great food and outdoor dining. A short drive takes you to Iron Ridge Restaurant, a supper club atmosphere with expansive bar, excellent service and menu.

Storm damage

It was a nice place. A storm came through and did some damage to the place before we came to stay. They had the boards to play bags but no bags. The listing started that they have shampoo, conditioner and such and was not true. The doors and walls are tuched alot and not cleaned. Again it was clean other then the walls, doors and cobwebs near the hot

Fantastic place to get away from all the noise

Went up here with friends from the city for a weekend of peace and decompression. This place is beautiful and in such a quiet location. We got exactly what we'd hoped for. I'll definitely be back!

Family Retreat

Open floor plan so everyone can visit while watching TV, playing cards, board games and cook good meals. Great access to lakefront and clean property in nice neighborhood. Would definitely recommend this home and book again in the future. Property Managers responded to all our questions in a timely manner and very personable

Lake home away from home

It was a beautiful property and stay. Very cozy and homey. My friends and I appreciated the space and everything that it came with. Fire pit was lovely, definitely nice for the cold nights (and the smores).

Great space and convenient to Horicon Marsh

We really enjoyed the comfortable and open space of the house. After a fun day of hiking and birdwatching at the Horicon Marsh we made a lovely dinner and watched a movie from the wide variety of media options. Such a wonderful family getaway! Seeing a pair of eagles was the highlight of the weekend!

Beautiful spacious lake home

We loved our 3 day weekend stay here at Rebecca’s home! This place is clean, spacious and quiet! We enjoyed the clean hot tub and watching the racing on the lake! Also enjoyed a delicious complementary bottle of wine on Valentine’s Day while doing a puzzle. Had all the amenities we needed for the weekend. Thank you so very much! We appreciate all the communication and added advice of things to do in the area!Highly recommend the stay here!

Weekend Getaway

We had a great time. We were just looking for a place to get away for a quick weekend over the holidays. We are two adults couples so we brought our dogs. Had a lovely walk each morning. We hit a few local restaurants and watched a few football games. It was just great.

Very nice stay over Thanksgiving week with family and pets. Well equipped kitchen, comfortable beds and plenty of room. Will return when the weather is a bit warmer.

Great location and views

Very nice location. The home sits on the lake and the views are very nice. There is a covered patio out by the lake. It was comforting to sit out there and watch the lake. The home was very nice, clean and comfortable. In the main room the view of the lake was nice. The kitchen was nicely equipped as well. The beds were comfortable and no one had any complaints. The place is very clean. There were no problems with the check-in. I would definitely stay at this place again. There is a bar/grill within a quarter mile and a nice little restautrant that serves sandwiches and pizza within a mile as well. Do yourself a favor and book this place, you will not regret it.

Gorgeous Lake House, Spacious and Fabulous Communication by hosts

WOW, what more can I say about this cute lake house. 2 stories of absolute perfection, spacious, roomy, everything you need to get away from the hustle and bustle of the city life. Rebecca and Ken were the perfect hosts, answering every one of our questions within minutes. Location was so green and luscious. Near gas, food and a cute little town. Lake and boat rental went without any hiccups. We will for sure have to come back again to use the hot tub next time. Thank you for a great vacation!

Beautiful, relaxing family get away!

Our family had a birthday celebration at this property. We were coming from out of state, and the owners were very gracious in allowing us to check in early since we had to deal with Chicago traffic. Everyone was pleased with the property and commented on how comfortable it was. The downstairs area was a perfect place for our teenage grandsons to hang out in. The pontoon boat was a welcome addition to the weekend, even though it rained. We are a family who has cruised the Great Lakes for many years and being able to be on the water again was a plus. We would most certainly return in the future. We did have a minor blip, which did not affect our stay, and was not the owners fault, but they will look into the situation for the future. All in all, we were very pleased!

Great relaxing getaway

Property was exactly as expected. Listings are very accurate and pictures are current. Definitely rent their pontoon boat if for no other reason than to do a daily sunset cruise. Easy access to lots of things to do ( including Taliesen ) if you want things to do. Go to a Friday fish fry, taste some cheese at LaClaire, walk the marsh. We will be back.

Cute

We stayed for a couples weekend and didn't have the best weather, but we all still had a great time. The main level is very nice, the basement is older but would have been fine for hanging out if needed. Not sure I would have been comfortable sleeping down there,but in my youth I would not have cared. The owners were very responsive and easy to work with.
