"This property host never communicated with us and left us stranded without a place to stay when we arrived in Dallas. VRBO refunded our deposit but finding a hotel was challenging and we had to pay three times as much. VRBO said they will only refund us a portion of what we paid to find another place on the day we arrived to check into this property. Do not book here!"

"Great location but the propert upkeep was lacking. The pool was green with leaves all in it. We brought stuff to swim but couldn’t use the pool. The inside was nice but there was only one roll of TP and one roll of paper towels. We still enjoyed our stay but property wasn’t as expected"

"We had a very comfortable stay for 2 weeks. Jennifer, our host, was always there to support us.The house was clean and nice. If I buy a house later, I would like to refer to the interior.There are many things to see and eat nearby, such as museums and aquariums. There is also a tram that runs late, so it was a great location for sightseeing.If I visit Dallas again, I will definitely stay at Jennifer's house."

"The Good: Clean and neat property. The Bad: The property had 3 gate codes to get in and I had to message 3 times to obtain. There were no coffee pods for the coffee maker and a few tea bags, but some had been opened. The dish washer was full… Finally, with a hefty service fee, I was asked to carry the trash to a dumpster on the other side of a fence. This all left a bad taste for the whole experience."

"We loved the home. It was as pictured and super spacious. The home is lovely and very neatly designed. The valet parking was nice and the wait time for the car wasn't bad. However, the building is older and has an odor that gave us headaches. That with the surroundings made us check out early. There are homeless people on the sidewalks close to the location and a park right across the street with questionable people. Our kiddos spent all the time we were there watching things they had never...

"This was a great option to be able to get two bedrooms. The courtyard was a tropical Oasis. I would recommend this property. If I'm ever back in Dallas I will be staying here. The location was great and the neighborhood was save and clean. We were walking distance to the whole Foods and coffee shop. There is a extremely cool old movie theater that was turned into a bowling alley just down the road as well. Top golf is a 8 minute drive and the conversation center is 4.7 miles away. "Not recommended if you’re looking for a kitchen equipped for use. Futon couches cannot be used for sleeping. A good property for adults looking for nightlife. Great restaurants within walking distance. Gorgeous rooftop area to relax. Not recommended for families with children."
