"The stay was fine. I was disappointed when I asked if we could move to a smaller room; they let us do so, but they would not lower our rate. So we stayed in a smaller room at the higher rate. They said it was because I booked through Hotels.com "

"The hotel was cute, very north woodsy. Rooms were in good condition too. They were very on top of keeping the lot plowed with the dumping of snow overnight. I do wish that the hot tub jets were stronger and water temperature would’ve been hotter vs. warm bath water."
