"Great place, minutes from a fantastic beach."

"A very quiet and relaxing place to stay. A bit worried about parking the car, but got the hang of it, a bit tricky. Thank you, we enjoyed our stay."

"We were in skegness a little earlier, but it was a bit rainy day . Aramide let as ceck in bit earlier then schedule, as the flat was ready and she didn't want us to hang around in the rain. Thank you Aramide for that. Olso the flat was clean and confortable, I can't fault any part of the experience. Raccomend any time."

"Quality of furniture in the apartment is really poor with one dining seat being dangerous and mattress on all beds poor. Showers are best left to run for at least 15 minutes till they heat up and was disappointed there was only the kitchen area to sit in which had no tv but one in main bedroom. Stairs are a killer and was not advised about available parking to the rear which I only found on our last night. Can’t fault how clean it all was and it was £100’s cheaper than everything else nearby....

"We loved our stay at the old stables. Property was lovely and cosy, with a nice secure garden for the dogs. The little one loved the hot tub which was a great addition. Louise the owner is super friendly and on hand should anything be needed. Location was great, out the way enough to be quite and private but local enough to shops, town and the gorgeous beaches. Would highly recommend this place. Thanks for a great stay Lou x"

"A beautiful little cottage surrounded by countryside and very well appointed. Private parking. All amenities provided. Spotlessly clean. Totally private and very relaxing. The sounds of the countryside are all that you can hear and at night it is pitch black lightened only by the moon and and stars. Bliss 😊"

"Brilliant and located in very quiet rural hamlet. Just what we needed after a day on the race track"

"The flat was clean and presentable, off road parking excellent. Within 7 minutes of walking from the flat you have the seafront, national supermarkets, high street banks and excellent cafes and restaurants plus the railway and bus stations to boot!!!"

"A lovely location with garden, wildlife and a full size snooker table! Easy parking and good access to interesting towns, villages and the coast."
