"We had a great stay at UMiMa Grand. The staff was extremely kind, welcoming, and helpful from the moment we arrived. Everyone was friendly and made us feel comfortable throughout our stay. The room was very clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, which made it easy to relax after traveling. The hotel is also in a very convenient location in Malé, close to restaurants, shops, and easy access to the airport. One thing we especially appreciated was the airport transportation service. The pickup and drop-off were smooth and stress-free, which made traveling much easier. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Malé."

"The rooms were lovely and comfortable, and the house reef was very enjoyable for snorkeling. The ongoing construction across the way did not bother us at all during our stay. The restaurants and bars outside of the pool area were quite good and offered a much better experience overall. What disappointed us most was the pool service. Drink options were very limited and not very tasty or appealing. The sunset appetizers were also extremely limited and underwhelming. While there were definitely some positives, overall the stay was just okay and unfortunately not somewhere we would choose to return to."

"We stayed nights at Bandos then went to another resort for 6 nights. Bandos is great value. We stayed in the Premium Beach Villa. Definitely would pick that room again, IMO the water Villa is not worth the money. We also paid for the All Inclusive option, which was absolutely worth the money. Pros: amazing snorkelling from beach, great for families, good value. Cons: Lacks the luxury that you find in the Maldives. Food/Drinks quality was just average. Bandos was a perfect addition so we could stay longer in the Maldives without break the bank account. However, if we spent the whole time at Bandos, then we would’ve disappointed (because it’s hard not compare resorts)."

"We visited Kurumba 12 years ago so this was a return to 'paradise'. The welcome at the airport and transfer to the resort by speedboat was efficient and hassle free, however it did cost $324 for the two of us, something we did not discover until a couple of days before arrival. The Kurumba has a wide range of facilities from the Spa to the glass bottomed boat and tennis courts and in that respect it lives you up its 5* rating. However as occupancy rates were down the specialist restaurants were only open for a couple of days a week, it would have been helpful to have been told this when we arrived. Our beachside bungalow was as ideal as expected although it did look a bit tired. All the staff were very professional, welcoming and attentive. I was particularly impressed with the guys who were constantly cleaning the beaches and common grounds, also the nightly singer was very good and entertaining. The noise of sea planes taking off from Male for the islands was however somewhat intrusive and not as we remembered. Overall we had a very good and enjoyable stay."

"We went to celebrate our 10 th year anniversary and stayed 5 nights. The resort is wonderful and the staffs are fabulous. Everyone was very helpful and welcoming. Abdullah , Deepu , Firey and Neil made our stay much better by providing exceptional service."
