"Towels need to be power washed per end of every guest checkout when rooms are being cleaned & ready for next guest. NEVER change towels once a week. That is very unsanitary & gross. "

"We absolutely loved our stay here! The hotel had a cute vibe with very chic decor like a boutique hotel! Loved their breakfast buffet! We stayed here because it was close to Strawberry Arena but it was also so conveniently located where we could easily get to Stockholm city centre. Would highly recommend!"

"We went to the concert of bad bunny and we got the power banks as gifts, we leave those in the room and when we leave for a long walk we didn’t realize until the night that the power banks where not longer in the room. When we complained the staff said that they follow the case by mail (since we have to return next day in the morning), and is been 4 days since we leave and any person has reached out."
