The staff are amazing, especially the bellboys who are at the entrance. They always say hello and are very pleasant. We will absolutely stay here again on our next visit to a Shanghai. "The AC was a bit challenging but ironed itself out..the gym and locker room has personal spa cold plunge sauna and steam room a huge win for me. Cardio equiptment could use a bit of an upgrade however highly functional. Pool was great, staff was amazing. Breakfast one of the best I've had..id give it a 4 star based on the rooms carpeting and walls dated in rooms.as far as shower great heat pressure all amenities fantastic..staff beautiful people..i would definately stay again"
