"Diabolical! At the reception, out of the blue, the man decided to insult me and belittle me, in front of my partner. Both, my partner and I were shocked by this. When I complained to his wife, she was helpful and got him to apologise. The apology, in a way, made things worse, because the man kept on saying that he wasn't being racist. "We have just returned from two fantastic nights at Rondeva. The location is perfect! Warm, cosy and comfortable. Waking to watch the sunrise, whilst seeing the rowers on the river - just brilliant! Highly recommend and we very much hope to be back. The host, Chris, was on hand if needed but he has everything covered, so we didn’t! "
