"Property in great location, but major problems with both internal bathroom door and more importantly the door to access the property. We could not unlock the door from the outside, we accessed the property by climbing up and then through an open window. We the nad to leave this window open to get access to the property (a major security risk). Having remotes this below is a copy of the replay I received I am unsure if this can be looked into during your stay. If you need any furtehr assitance...

"Wonderful location in the heart of the latin district. Great restraurants and shopping close by. Beds were very comfy for 5 adults. The shower was a new experience but lots of hot water for everyone. Amazing croissants and danishes nearby."

"My family and I had a great time at the apartment. It's a fantastic location! You get city vibes all day, and it gets quiet in the evenings as the shops close. The rooms were spacious, and the beds were a welcome treat after long days of soaking up Danish culture. Casper (property manager) was quick to respond."
