"The hotel is in a lovely location, just across from a beautiful park, and a short walk from restaurants, shops and the Plovdiv old city. The staff were helpful from the start, with restaurant recommendations and other very useful info (e.g. the nearest ATM). And my room overlooking the park was quiet, comfortable, and clean"

"Handy being right next to the railway station, however, the restaurant was unaccomodating, wouldnt serve dinner OR breakfast due to a football group being there, not even a coffee was supplied for breakfast, had to go in search of food, the city centre is a mile away or 30mins walk."
